इस आत्मा के अस्तित्व को जानो! अब दूसरा है, साधना! आसक्त किसमें हो? ‘मैं देह हूँ, देह बना रहे’, यह ममता हो चुकी। एक अच्छी अनुभूति हुई है वह बनी रहे, किसकी याद में सुख मिला वह अनुभूति टिकी रहे। किसी न किसी अनुभूति को टिकाने का आग्रह है। सभी अनुभूतियों का आग्रह छोड़ दो! तुम्हारा कभी अभाव होता नहीं है, हो सकता नहीं है! जो जो अनुभव किया है उनका अभाव होगा और कोई न कोई अभाव अनुभूति को पकड़ने का आग्रह बना रहता है। देह हूँ यह अनुभूति बनी रहे, यह मेरे है, मैं ऐसा हूं, यह ऐसा हो, ध्यान है, प्रकाश हो गया, ऐसा हो गया….. । माने कोई ना कोई जो अनुभव हुआ है, बनाए रखना चाहते हो। पर वेदांत क्या कहता है? जो अनुभव हुआ है वह  रहेगा नहीं। जिसके आश्रित सब हुआ है वह रहेगा कूटस्थ!
जिसके आश्रित सब बनते मीटते रहते हैं, होते रहते हैं वह अधिष्ठान है! इसलिए
ॐ जगदाधार सर्वाधिष्ठान धात्रे नमः!! जगत का आधार, अधिष्ठान उसको नमस्कार है!!! और जगत का आधार, अधिष्ठान है कौन? वह तू है! तत् त्वम् असि!! वह तू है! तू देह ही  नहीं है, तू मन ही नहीं है, तू ख्याल ही नहीं है, तू जागृत ही नहीं है, तू सुषुप्ति ही नहीं है, सब कुछ तू ही है!!!! सब कुछ है तू, पर उस सब कुछ में परिवर्तन, जीना, मरना होता रहेगा। तो तू ही तो है!!
सत् असत् चाहमर्जुन! गीता की घोषणा देखो- “सत् भी मैं हूं, असत् भी! अर्जुन मै सत् और असत् दोनों हूं!” और बता दूं – सत् असत् न  उच्यते   उसे ना सत्  कह सकते हो ना असत् कह सकते हो। ना सच कह सकते हो ना शून्य। तद् सत् तन्नासदुच्यते उसको ना हम सत् कह सकते हैं ना असत् कह सकते हैं। अनिर्वचनीय है!
यतो वाचो निवर्तन्ते अप्राप्य मनसा  सह। जिसको वाणी से हम बता ही नहीं सकते, क्योंकि वाणी से बताओगे, पकड़े जाओगे! ऐसा कहोगे तो वैसा, वैसा कहोगे तो वैसा। इसलिए हम उसे बता नहीं सकते पर जानना बाकी भी नहीं रह गया। बाकी भी नहीं रह गया और बता भी नहीं सकते! इसलिए….. वाणी तो पानी भरे, चारों वेद मजूर हां! वाणी जहां पानी भरती है! पर फिर भी यहां तक पहुंचे कैसे? वाणी के सहारे! जैसे जिस रस्सी के सहारे उतरते गए, उतरते गए, अंत में पहुंचकर रस्सी भी छोड़ दी। तो वाणी के सहारे गए, वाणी भी वहां नहीं जाती इसलिए वहां वाणी की गम नहीं है, बताना संभव नहीं है फिर  भी बता दिया! ठीक है? इसे समझने की कोशिश सतत होनी चाहिए क्योंकि इसके अलावा बाकी कोशिशे व्यर्थ हैं। जानो, समझो और सोचो इस महामंत्र को….ॐ जगदाधार सर्वाधिष्ठान धात्रे नमः!!
