आपने स्वप्न में क्या नहीं देखा! सब कुछ देखा पर झूठा देखा! पर वह कब समझ आया? जब जग गए! अब क्या करना है? यह जो इस समय देख रहे हो जागृत में, यह सब स्वप्न है !सब सपना है! सब सपना है !सत्य केवल आत्मा, दृष्टा मैं हूं! यह जागृत में स्मरण करो!
दृष्टा सत्य है, दृश्य स्वप्न है। यद्यद द्रष्टं तद्तद अनित्यम्।। जो जो दिखाई देता है अनित्य है। जो दिखता है सब मिथ्या है, सब झूठ है। जो जो मालूम पड़ता है सब झूठा है आत्मा के सिवाय, ऐसा ध्यान करो। यह एक विधि है ध्यान की। फिर दोहरा दे……. सुविधा के लिए आकाश का ध्यान करो, पिता का ध्यान करो, गुरु का ध्यान करो, राम भगवान, कृष्ण भगवान का ध्यान करो। दूसरा नींद का ध्यान करो, तीसरा स्वप्न का ध्यान करो। सब कुछ देखा था पर कोई सच था क्या? अभी जो देख रहे हो सब सपना है। आखरी स्टेज होती है, लोग पूछते हैं, हमसे भी पूछते हैं, यह तो कुछ कुछ समझ जाता है कि हम दृष्टा है, पर हम ब्रह्म हैं यह समझ नहीं आता और स्वप्न और जागने की पहचान क्या है? स्वप्न में एक भी व्यक्ति ऐसा नहीं है जो स्वप्न में स्वप्न  का दृष्टा ना हो। स्वप्न में दृष्टा है तभी तो स्वप्न देख रहा था। स्वप्न के दृष्टा तुम ही थे पर स्वप्न में तुम्हें सबके दृष्टा हो यह नहीं पता था। तुम देख तो रहे थे, अभी भी देख रहे हो ना? मुझे देख रहे हो, पंडाल देख रहे हो, प्रयागराज देख रहे हो। देख तो रहे हो! ऐसे ही स्वप्न में देख रहे थे पर स्वप्न में बहुत चेतन थे, अनेकों चेतन थे, अनेकों दृष्टा थे, अनेकों व्यक्ति थे, और मैं भी था। इतने सत्य थे पर जागे तो पता चला कि केवल मैं सत्य था और सब सपना था । कब पता चला? जागने पर!! इसलिए जाग कर समझना ज़रूरी है। जागो और जागे हुए ही सोचो की सच में तुम्हें क्या लगता है, क्या सच है अंततः तुम्हें यही मिलेगा।
