पूज्य गुरुदेव कहते हैं…जब जब देह में जाओगे मरोगे। तो करना क्या है? देह में ना आना पड़े ! देह में नहीं आओगे तो नहीं मरोगे, देह में नहीं आओगे तो भ्रम भी नहीं होगा। इसलिए एक बार देहोsहम् से  शिवोsहम् की यात्रा करनी ही पड़ेगी और वह बड़ी यात्रा नहीं है, स्थूल – सूक्ष्म – कारण तीन शरीरों को पार करना है, तीन गुणों से पार होना है तमोगुण, रजोगुण, सतोगुण। तीन गुणों को पार करो और गुणातीत हो गए। तीन सीढियां हैं – देह का अभिमान छोड़ो, जिव का अभिमान छोड़ो और कारण का अभिमान छोड़ो। जहां जीव  लय हो जाता है गहरी नींद में, फिर आ जाता है। व्यक्त से अव्यक्त में चला जाता है। भगवान ने कहा है यह याद रखना चाहिए। भगवान ऐसे ही नहीं बोलते, वह कहते हैं – 
अव्यक्तादीनि भूतानि व्यक्त मध्यानि भारत। अव्यक्त निधनान्येव तत्र का परिदेवना ॥
पहले यह सब अव्यक्त थे तो फिर क्या हुआ? व्यक्त मध्यानि भारत और बीच में व्यक्त हो गए, दिखने लगे, बोलने लगे, बात करने लगे। भगवान ने कहा मृत्यु में क्या होता है? अव्यक्त निधनान्येव अव्यक्त हो जाते हैं।  तत्र का परिदेवना आखिर इसमें दुख की क्या बात है? अव्यक्त हो गए लेकिन जो परम सत्य है वह अव्यक्त नहीं है, वह कारण नहीं है,  कार्य व्यक्त है कारण अव्यक्त है। पर एक परमअव्यक्त है अव्यक्तात् पुरुष: पर:  व्यक्त और अव्यक्त से ऊपर कुछ है। पूरी गीता इसी पर है। बोलूंगा तो बहुत समय लगेगा पर संकेत है! स्थूल देह तो जाएगा ही लेकिन यह सूक्ष्म भी एक देह से दूसरे देह में ले जाता है, दूसरे से तीसरे में ले जाता है और इसी कारण से हमें फल भोगना पड़ता है। यदि सूक्ष्म शरीर ना होता, दूसरे देह में ना जाते।

दुनिया के सभी संप्रदाय यह तो मानते ही है कि स्थूल देह के अतिरिक्त भी एक जीव है, यह इस्लाम भी मानता है, क्रिश्चियन  भी मानता है, हिंदू भी मानता है। केवल नास्तिक नहीं मानता! नास्तिक नहीं मानता कि कोई जीव है, वह यह मानता हैं–
यावत् जीवेत् सुखं जीवेत् ऋणं कृत्वा घृतं पिवेत्।भस्मी भूतस्य देहस्य पुनरागमनं कुतः?  
जब तक जियो मौज से जियो ऋण लेकर, कर्ज लेकर घी पियो या शराब पियो, मस्ती में टाइम बिताओं , मर जाने के बाद किसने देखा है कहां जाना है!
तो……. कुछ नास्तिक लोग यह मानते हैं। कुछ बेटियों ने इसपर  ताली बजाई मुझे नहीं लगता कि उन्हें खुशी हुई, किस बात की? उनको यह बहुत अच्छा लगा यह भी अच्छी बात है, हां और यह भी लगा होगा कि खाओ पियो मौज करो आगे किसने देखा है! ठीक है? खैर आजकल तुम कॉलेज में पढ़ते हो ,यह हवा लग जाना स्वाभाविक है और जो कसर है वो राजनीति पूरा कर देगी, उनके रोज मुद्दे बदलते है। तो हम क्या कहना चाहते है? यदि देह के बाद छुट्टी हो जाती तो एक तरह की मुक्ति ही है। और यह भी बता दूं, नास्तिक का इस पर उपाय नहीं है। मैं जानता हूं, संत भी जानते हैं, कम से कम 16 बार मैं अमेरिका गया, कनाडा गया, इंग्लैंड गया और रूस गया । मैने इसलिए रूस का जिक्र करने के लिए भूमिका बनाईं! रूस में लेनिन के बाद धर्म को अफीम कहा। यद्यपि वहां योग को सम्मान है, योगाभ्यास वहां के लोग भी करते हैं, हमसे ज्यादा स्वस्थ रहते हैं। हम लोग मानते हुए भी स्वस्थ नहीं रहते। तो वे लोग नास्तिक देश में है फिर भी शरीर से स्वस्थ रहने के लिए योगाभ्यास करते हैं और मन को शांत रखने के लिए ध्यान भी करते हैं। वहां योग के लगभग 16 सेंटर है। मेरी 15  पुस्तकों का रशियन लैंग्वेज में अनुवाद हुआ है। और नास्तिक होने के बाद भी भारत में वे आते हैं, यहां शिविर में भाग लेते हैं, माने नास्तिकता भी उपाय नहीं है!

वैसे तो फ्री में सब मांग रहे हैं कि हमें मुक्ति मिल जाए। यदि कुछ को मिल भी जाए तो रोएंगे क्योंकि हमें मालूम है कि इन्हें अभी मुक्ति चाहिए ही नहीं। जैसे, कई छोटे बच्चे मचलते हैं कि मेरी शादी करा दो, मेरी शादी करा दो। अब वह शादी करके करेगा क्या? बस, उसने तो सुना है कि शादी होती है इसलिए मांग बैठा। आपके मोक्ष की इच्छा भी कुछ ऐसी ही है। आता- जाता कुछ है नहीं, बस मुक्ति हो जाए। मेरा-तेरा छोड़ना नहीं चाहते हो, राग-द्वेष छोड़ना नहीं चाहते हो, पर मुक्ति चाहते हो। काहे की मुक्ति ? क्या बिना पात्रता के मुक्ति मिलती है? और क्या बिना पात्रता की मुक्ति टिकती है ? पहले इस को समझो।
