शरीर और आत्मा दोनों ही की ओर जागें। बहुत से लोग ऐसे हैं, जिनकी रोटी की भी समस्या है, जिनकी कपड़े और मकान की भी समस्या है। हमारे देश की नौका दोनों तरफ ही डगमगा गई है। हम लोग धर्म की तरफ भी चूक गए हैं और भौतिकवाद की तरफ भी चूक गए हैं। आज हमको ऐसे व्यक्तियों की जरूरत है, जो संसार के विषय में भी सोचें और मोक्ष के विषय में भी सोचें। ऐसे मानव का जन्म होना चाहिए, जो दोनों पहलुओं पर विचार करें। हम बहुत दिनों तक एकांगी रहे हैं ।

जिस तरह शरीर की पूर्ति आवश्यक है उसी तरह मन या आत्मा की पर समस्या यही है कि जो दिखता नही उसे आप मानते नहीं, पर कब तक क्योंकि एक न दिन तो मानना ही पड़ेगा सोचना ही पड़ेगा फलों में स्वाद कहाँ से आया, तुम्हारा भोजन किसने पचाया, कौन है जो तुम्हारी नींद में तुम्हारे सपनों को देखता है…इसको जानना अत्यंत आवश्यक है आज नही तो कल इस जन्म नही तो अगले यह ही जानना होगा तभी इस प्रपंच से पार होंगे
