पंचभूत (भूमि), आप ( जल ), अनल (अग्नि), वायु और खम् (आकाश ) इसमें तीन और हैं ( मन , बुद्धि और अहंकार )। ये आठों (अष्टधा) अपरा अर्थात जड़ प्रकृति हैं । चैतन्य नहीं है। इसमें जो चिदाभास है वह चेतन ( परा ) की चेतन्य प्रकृति है। ये दोनों मिले हुए हैं। संपूर्ण सृष्टि इन दोनों प्रकृतियों से ही चल रही है। जगत को धारण किसने किया है? प्रकृति ने किया है, चैतन्य ने नहीं। चैतन्य को तो लेना – देना ही नहीं है । वह तो साधू है, वह तो ब्रह्म है, वह तो नपुंसक है। यह जो चैतन्य की चिदाभासात्मिका है वह मन से इन्द्रियों से मिल कर चलाती रहती है । परमात्मा इससे भिन्न है। वह इसमें लिप्त है ही नहीं।
सर्व निवासी सदा अलेपा।
वह बिल्कुल अलिप्त है। वह विकारी नहीं है । किसी में मिलता ही नहीं है । चिदाभास, प्रकृति से मिलकर प्रकृति के अनुसार बन गया। साक्षी बना नहीं। चिदाभास, वृत्ति के अनुसार , अंतःकरण के अनुसार होता है। साक्षी तो कभी कुछ होता ही नहीं है।
