देह दृश्य है तुम दृष्टा हो! कितने ही नजदीक हो, तो भी दृष्टा हो, देह दृश्य है! देह दृष्टा नहीं है, दृष्टा देह नही है! यह अभ्यास आज से शुरू करो! आज क्यों कहते हैं? क्योंकि आज देवोत्थान एकादशी है। एकादशी बहुत होती है पर आज देवता के उठने की जागने की तिथि है। तो देवता दृष्टा है, इस देवता को जगाओ। और जागना क्या है? यह तो रोज जागा है, नहीं तो दृश्य कहां से दिखता? जागता रोज रहा है। बिना दृष्टा के देह दिखेगा ही नहीं। दिख जाएगा? तो… बिना दृष्टा के देह नहीं दिखा फिर भी जागा नहीं कहलाते इसलिए आज जगाते हैं। आज दृष्टा दृष्टा होकर जागे! दृष्टा देह मान के न जागे। दृष्टा अपने को देह मान के जागे नहीं। वह तो सपना देख रहा है और सपना देखने का मतलब होता है कि सोया है। यद्यपि कोई भी जागे बिना सपना नहीं देखता पर जो सपने को सच देखने लग जाए उसे सोया कहते हैं। तो यह दृष्टा सोया हुआ है। आज जगाना है! फिर कहूँ, जागा तो था पर दृष्टा अपने को देह जानता था अर्थात देह को मैं जानता था, यही स्वप्न है। स्वप्न  होता ही तब है जब सत्य को भूल जाए। तो तुम देह कब अपने को मानते हो? जब सोए हो। मोह निशा सब सोवनिहारा, देखहि स्वप्न अनेक प्रकारा!
यह दृष्टा सोया हुआ है। दृष्टा तो है पर सोया हुआ है। तो पहचान क्या है सोए की? कि देह को मैं मानता है। जो है नहीं वह मानता है। जो है नहीं वैसा मान लेवें  उसी का नाम सपना है और सपना बिना सोए होता नहीं है। और एक बात मैं दोहराता  रहता हूं कि स्वप्न में मृत्यु हो गई और मृत्यु का दुख जो मरता है उसे होता है कि नहीं? जो सपने सिर काटे कोई स्वप्न में किसी ने सिर काट लिया तो दुखी कौन होगा? जिसका सिर काट लिया। और जिस का सिर काट लिया वह दुखी है! तो दुखी है तो जिंदा है कि नहीं? बिना जिंदा हुए दुखी हो सकता है ? लोग दुखी हो, खुद दुखी ना हो तब तो हम मान ले कि मर गया। दुखी भी है, मर भी गया है और पता भी उसी को है तो इसे सपना नहीं कहे? और इसे बेहोशी नहीं कहे? इसको मोह नहीं कहे? कई लोग मोह का अर्थ ही बदल लेते हैं। आप लोग भी मोह का अर्थ करते हैं कि हमें परिवार से मोह है पर मोह यह है ही नहीं। मोह यह है कि आप दृष्टा होकर अपने को दृष्टा नहीं मानते देह मानते हो यही मोह है।
